Adele’s Rolling in the Deep (21)
This may very well be THE song of last year, but I’m including it as the first song of this year to kick things off in style. With only her first two albums, Adele has quickly cracked my list of Top-10 female vocalists of all-time (popular music); joining Mama Cass, Joni Mitchell, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, and others. This live version of the song finds her on The David Letterman Show, bringing the house down with a powerhouse performance.
